If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one by clicking here. You can always reach the request new password page from the Reset my Password link on the Login page.
If you request a new password you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the reset password page. From there you can create a new password.

If you do not currently have a Qualcomm login you should contact the manager in charge of accounts for your site. That person can create your account at which point you will receive an email with directions on how to set your password and login.
